I'm not sure what you mean?

I guess when you get to the foot plant portion of a good approach, you can call it a Spring. But then I'm not sure what you mean when you say break. Or for that matter just this week.

Do you mean that this week you figured out a way to approach the net with a spring and break on the volleyball as it reaches you?

Or...

Do you mean to say that you have a volleyball camp called "Spring Break?" I think that's a cool name but you have to understand that most of us here play volleyball all over the place and wouldn't know about a small camp in the spring unless you tell us what state it's in.

I hope that helps, or maybe you need to direct your question where it might get answered by more relevant and interested answerers. i.e. Social, College, or High School categories.
