Who else hates Dell technical support?

Question

I can't understand half of what they are saying! Is Dell in America or in India? I called last sunday regarding problems with my keyboard and they told me they were going to send me a new keyboard and I called in today because I haven't received it yet, they told me that they will send it out tomorrow! WTF!!
