Who else hates brett favre?

now im not sayin he sucks anyone that breaks as many records as he did cant sucks. and he was 3 time league mvp. but i mean he announces his retirement and then he takes it back. and he did a similar thing last season. his non retirement speach must have been like this "ha ha ha u know i was just kiddin right im going to become a acter after i retire howd i do i think im up for an emmy already" i ment just shut up man. any thoughts?

p.s. i apologize if anybody is insulted by this im just exercizing the right to express my mind.

So what if he changed his mind... it's not a big deal, people change their minds all the time.  It's no reason to "hate" someone, that's really very petty.

i like players that stick with a single team and make their legacy with that team. guys like jerome bettis and michael strahan are the first two guys to come to my mind. they won super bowls in their last seasons and they played with one team. brett favre should have taken responsibility for his decision and respect the packers and stay retired. i think it's going to hurt his legacy with packers fans and history. the jets are a bad team before he came, and now they're just a little above average.

i don't hate him at all he just wants to play football nobody made a big deal and started hating Michael Jordan for coming back after he retired and they retired his jersey just let the man play quit hyping all this **** up like the media does lets all quit talking about Brett i'm tired of hearing it lets move on with our lives people

I don't know if you gave reasons for hating a guy , i don't hate him . Packers have been going thru this with him for 3 years now they wanted a quick decision this time so as they could move forward. Brett retired to quick i think before he could really access the situation . The Packers Backs were against the wall for the past 3 years waiting to see what Brett would do . I think the Packers were right in asking Brett to make his decision as quick as he could . Brett should of said i need more time

I detest him and I've always detested him.  I hate his fake blue collar attitude and his fake reputation as "just one of the guys."  He's the most overrated player in NFL history.  The only thing he is really spectacular at is staying healthy; he's somewhere between average and merely pretty good at everything else, whether it's throwing TDs or throwing INTs.

I never really like Favre, but I definitely used to respect him as a player. I've since lost that respect when he decided to come out of retirement and play for the Jets.

I LOVE Favre, I am a devoted Packer fan and am sick about the entire thing. I am sick of hearing about it as well, and as far as Brett 'acting' when he gave his retirement speech, no, I think he meant every word of it and later, when he was rested and the pain of playing had diminished...he wanted to play. I understand how it happened, just wish it hadn't.

I don't "hate" him, but as a Vikings fan, Favre doesn't exactly conjure up warm & fuzzy feelings.
