Who else here is sick of hearing about Brett Favre

I used to respect him a lot when he played for the Packers but he has now lost my respect for creating all of this drama in the media and making every channel on tv the Brett Favre Network.

For you people that think I'm a Viking or Bears fan and hate the Packers, I'm a Steelers fan.

Like you, I was a Brett fan.  But all the drama and the whining, the on-again, off-again retirement is tiring and very disappointing.  Still a fan of his accomplishments, but no longer a Brett fan.

I think the country is just warming up to Favremania. Packers used to love him, now the entire country will.  Reporters give updates on Favre every hour and even tell us what he had for breakfast, detailing his every move in NYC. Fans place videos of his penalties on Youtube, and everyone applauds.  ("We ain't seen nothing yet!")
