  1. They should take as many troops out of Iraq that we can and still maintain a few bases. Get the level down to about 30,000 and redeploy  half of what we pull out (about 60,000) to Afghanistan to crush the Taliban, Al Qaida and get Bin Laden. We'll still have Iran surrounded and can rotate our troops to give em a break. Don't be mad at our government, pray for victory over the terrorists. We may need more troops to deal with Russia.

  2. I don't think it is a problem. Iraq has stabalized and they are not removing all the troops. We should also make Iraq pay for the reconstruction instead of the U.S. taxpayers. We should leave enough troops in there in case Iran raises its ugly head.

  3. I Am!!! I think that corporate businesses are way to greedy when it comes to.. well just about anything. It is very sad when America will go to anything to get money, even abusoing or killing a person.

  4. I am. If the citizens of US are bad enough how can the government not be? No but seriously who isn't.

  5. I hate war just as much as everyone else. but just hating war isn't gonna stop it in the world. We did not start this war, we are merely standing up for ourselves. I don't think we should pull out. I do hope they come home soon, but we cannot just say "We give up" America has never admitted defeat, We have completed everything we have set out to do, and until what we set out to do is done. If we were to just give up that would open a Pandora's Box for everyone in the world to just walk all over us.

Nobody likes war, but war is just a fact of life, it is in our nature.

  6. If "Chocolate Jesus" is elected the troops will come home no matter what.  It might be a little early to bring them home from Iraq, but that battle is pretty much won.  The real problem will be Iran...

  7. I vote we bring them home.. and then Bomb that entire part of the world

  8. Well it's not like if we pull out the war is over. We put a new government in place and trained a fairly substantial military composed of Iraqi citizens. In Vietnam, the war didn't actually end until around 2 years after we left. We left the war to the South Vietnamese. The difference between us leaving the South Vietnamese to fight and the us leaving the Iraqi's to fight is that the Iraqi's (who were elected as part of the government we help put in place) are asking us to leave in accordance with a time table that they are putting together right now. Also, in Vietnam, the US had over 2 million confirmed kills (and no that's not an exaggeration). The Forces the Iraqi's have left to fight are much smaller than what the South Vietnamese were up against. They can obviously handle it, otherwise they wouldn't be asking the US to leave.....They aren't stupid.....
