Who else is following the Casey/Caylee Anthony story?

I personally think the poor child is dead.

Casey is a nut-case! There are tooooooo many inconsistencies, too many lies, too many everything for this to be real!

I wish she would just tell the police where she hid the poor child's body (or at least what happened!) so Caylee can have a proper burial. Casey needs to stop wasting everyone's time.

Who waits 31 days to report your child missing? And she wasn't even the one who did it! Her mother did, who is just as nuts as Casey.

This story just makes me so mad.

When a child is missing for over a month, it is more than likely they are dead. I do feel this is the case with this poor tot. It certainly isn't a good sign that it's taken her mother a month to report her missing and she has told nothing but lies since. This selfish, evil mother probably killed her and dumped the body, perhaps after having grown tired of mothering a young, demanding child, and she thinks she can get away with it.

I'm not sure about the grandparents. They may be deluded into thinking their daughter could never hurt her own child but they may be involved (maybe in the dumping of the body or helping to cover it up rather than being involved in the actual murder).

What does possibly count in Caylee's favour and could lead to her being found alive is her age. She's still a baby who could have been sold by a mother keen to make a quick buck on the illegal adoption market (or worse, to a paedophilia ring). In a country as large as the US, someone could get away with selling their baby without being found out.

I too wish Casey would just tell the truth already.  She's just feeding the cops a line of bull that she needs to be out and then she'll tell them how to find her daughter.  She just wants out so she can flee.  It's very sad, but I too think that little girl is dead.  There are just too many clues that point that way.

I think Casey got the kidnapping idea from the movie, "Gone, Baby, Gone".  Probably the only lie she could think up at the time.  I feel for her parents, I might be in denial too if I had to claim Casey as my child.  Who wants to believe their child is a monster?  I think in cases of missing children, and people like Casey, they should allow truth serum, that's the only way to get the truth out of her.  Then again, let her in general population in the jail, perhaps the other inmates could beat some truth out of her.

I am.  The only person who believes Casey's story is her and maybe her parents.  No one refuses to tell the FBI who has their kid to protect the kid.

My view?

The child is dead, whether on purpose (so Casey could go be a party girl) or by accident (because Casey seems to be too into herself to watch a child.  Even her own.)

I think her mother (the grandmother) has used the press to get herself on tv a lot, and now that things are getting down to where we may find out the truth, is tired of the press.

I think the grandfather is just there, and clueless.

And, I think Casey is probably the worst I have seen in a long time, in terms of a bad mother.

I mean, let's say her child is missing (only) and she knows nothing.  Still, how many MOTHERS would just go off partying????

Nope, to me the phone calls in a row, the borrowed shovel, the lies....

What do we need, a brick wall to hit us to GET it?

And, I agree.  She is wasting people's time, money, prayers, you name it.

I agree totally.I am addicted to this case.Because it infuriates me the parents act as though its the mother right to lie make excuses or whatever and they stand behind her.For while I felt as though they stood behind her for the simple fact she was the only lead to the child....but now its gotten out of hand the father of casey is an ex homicide detective.Do you think for one minute she was kidnapped like he has been saying and he has people watching people???its ridicuous

You cannot tell me he doesn't believe shes not dead.The smell in the car was enough and not one person has seen the child.The pictures of a little girl w baseball hat over her face who was claiming to be caylee last night on the news was pathetic there is no way that child was caylee she was thinner and mexican looking.Darker black hair w skin tone.

I feel she has died also ..the police said all DNA test will come back together they want it all at once given to public.They have also stated there is more than dna..now they are pinging the cell phone to the areas she was for 72 hour period.After her fury of calls in which her mother did NOT answer the phone on the day of the 16th...I cant wait to see where the pings lead off..

the roomate of her for the month of june was on greata last night..he was interesting.said not one time did she ever ask or worry over caylee no mattter how often they asked.

(what real mother would do that?)but we have to remember as psych have said shes a psycopath so we are not in her frame of thinking...

i have a grandchild who is four she is my every breath and adore her i cannot believe any mother would do this a child..its beyond belief and comprehension.

I think about 99.9% of the population believe that Casey is lying and knows exactly what happened to her beautiful baby.  This has got to be the strangest case yet....It just seems to get weirder and weirder!!!!!!!
