Ever since I was a little kid, weather has been able to entice me to the point that I can watch a storm for hours as it traverses across the open plains.

I would be a Meteorologist, but am not nearly smart enough!

  1. I'm devoting my career to it. I'm a graduating high school senior. Everyone forgets Cornells Meteorology program, which is actually regarded as the best in the nation. That's where I'll be going for my degree. It's going to be REALLY hard, but it'll be more than worth it.

  2. I just read this book and I'd like to find out more about what's going on up there:

"An Ocean of Air: Why the Wind Blows and Other Mysteries of the Atmosphere"

    by Gabrielle Walker.

  3. Storms are so much cooler than clear skies

  4. I am and I am only 13. I find weather very interesting. I also want to go to Pennsylvania State University (Penn State) to study meteorology. (BTW-PSU has a great meteorology program)

I particularly became interested in weather in my 5th grade year when Katrina hit New Orleans. My friend an I tracked Katrina and kept a journal about what happened-weather wise-.

    P.S. I live in North-West Ohio
