Who else is tired about hearing going green?

everytime i turn the tv on they are talking about in commercials, and news reports. yea im sure the world will blow up one day b/c of global warming, that is if it ever happens!

I partially agree. There is more talking about going green and less doing. However, the earth is the only planet we can live on so we should take care of the earth.

I've had enough too. I'm not completely fed up, but the long term effects of going green will hurt us just as much as when we were going oil. As long as we occupy this universe, we will consume, and change all that we touch, and the universe will respond by going.....HICK-UP!!!!!! That's when we will look for another way to preserve our way of life. Green is great, but limiting our use of all that we touch, is better.

we live in the 'green age'. It can be annoying but just think of it as keeping society in check against much something worse if we didn't do anything at all. Its better to start it now so that our safety and wellbeing in the future can be protected.

Either way. they have to make it clear cut because some of us take a while to catch on to things. .

I am totally over it!  Yes I think it is a good idea to be environmentally conscious but what bugs me is how people are making so much money off of it, and now, being environmentally friendly is a thing for the rich...ugggghhhhh, it is really annoying when a person with 3 houses, a private jet, lots of cars and too much "stuff" thinks they are green!

I am tired of it. It's like there trying to push it on us. To h**l if I'm going to be forced to love the world. I have the right to love what I want and I'm not gonna let some eco-nuts tell me other wise.

Yes i agree with you, i have really gotten annoyed by all this. It's as if they are trying to force everyone to take part of their program or whatever their thing is. I personally don't really care because most people won't do anything nor care to do anything to make a difference. Just like global warming, which i don't really believe in, they are trying to get people to stop ejecting fuels and stuff into the atmosphere. Ok, yeah right, like i'm going to stop driving. I don't think so. I don't know if you know and/or trust God like i do, but i know that God is in control of everything, not people, but God.

i agree with you. i'm so sick of hearing about it and i heard those going green products suck. i continue using what i have always used. it works and i'm not gonna spend more money on something that sucks. sorry everyone who is trying to save the planet

It is a fair bit overhyped, but I can't deny that improving our way of life as regards to energy use and waste disposal would make life better for everyone.

I have to agree though, the way they go about "promoting" it gets pretty annoying very fast.

I am so so so sick of it! It's like the new hippy movement! And just think methane from cows produces more harm to the ozone then all the people. Maybe instead of going green we should kill all the cows or something!!! Oh I don't know.
