Who else is tired of passionate speeches and want to see some blue prints, details to remake this government?

Stop the blue sky rhetoric now and lets get rolling. Election or no, this U.S. Congress better get the ball rolling before the go on vacation. These old boys have wasted years and better not bother to return if they don't do important things NOW! Everyday counts now.

I could not agree with you more!  All we get are speeches that promise change and better things for this country and for all Americans when they are up for election.

Then what happens?

As of late I have only seen one person actually have a plan for something and he isn't running for a darn thing!

There was a gentleman on the Today show last week who actually wrote a book that contained a plan to truely provide Healthcare for everyone. Apparently many experts agree it would work.

This is what we need. More people like this gentleman working on the different areas that need fixing.

Well, as a conservative, i can't help but love kicking democrats inthe butt...and why ? because these democratic leaders didn't just walk up and sign the dotted line for the position. These turkey's were voting in....and by democrats. So to sit back and blame the democratically controlled congress for accomplishing nothing is a good thing. They need to get off their self righteous butts and start doing their job, but it was democrat voters that put them in these positions of power, so they do share a little bit of the blame.

That having been said, The media and other sounding drums have been banging the "hate Bush drums" and to my frustration the man just doesn't seem to be interested in fighting back and defending himself, but once he is gone, and the Bush haters actually get a clue....if they ever do...they might actually realize the man accomplished many things, and tried to do some good pivitol works for the country, but democratic congress again..opposed his initiatives and undermined him.

Why was Nancy Peloski running around all over the world, at taxpayer cost i'm sure, talking to enemy countries ? which isn't part of her job description.

Why did congress accomplish nothing so far but pass the minimum wage law ?

Why is it they wasted time trying to end the war too early over 50 times, yet they couldn't do anything for America or its citizens ?

Why did they go on vacation and let the FISA bill sit there unaddressed when it could have been disasterous to American security ?

They've attacked individual companies and people with out of context arguements, trying to force oil companies to feel bad for making a profit when it is them and their predecessor democrats that have caused the morgage crisis, the oil crisis and the commodity crisis.

We at their decision bailed out Bears and Steans at the price of $300 Billion. Commodities are at an all time high yet congress passed another $310 Billion for a farms bill. Now they want to bail out the real estate industry...and most of those that lost their house (some 80%) lied on their applications. So we go more in debt...another $300 Billion because of 0.2% people ? That my friend is collectively almost 1 Trillion dollars right there. Money that could pay down the national deficeit. Waste is all Government knows. The liberals and socialists better wake up before they run America into the ground.
