Who else notices and is annoyed by this?

three things actually...

-People who will rush out in front of you in their car (or mini van) when there was nobody else behind you and drive slower than the speed limit.

-people who drive like they are scared to drive...7 miles per hour or more UNDER the speed limit

-people who are driving like they are drunk as heck and you come to find out it's some idiot on a cell phone who can't talk and drive at the same time...laughing and having a good ol' time on the phone while they drive all over the road, don't use blinkers, and ignore stop signs...or worse yet...text messaging while driving.

well i have to drive no slower than 88mph in my 1985 De Lorian or i totaly burn up my flux capacitor....it has to run on 1.21 jigawats so if you're in the way, i'm sorry!

thats why i prefer the rural commute. The first 3 miles i drive in the morning its dirt roads and i seldom see a vehicle .same with the last part of my ride home

I can take 4 diferent routes to work and they all take about 25 minutes and there is minimal traffic

I just mow them over, especially the scooters. I paint a scooter on my Yugo for ever one i hit. I'm an ace!!

The sad thing is that many times the same driver is doing all of the above.  I feel your pain.
