Who else thinks Bret Farve should have stay retired?

I think Bret Farve is extremely selfish. He should give some of the younger quarterbacks a chance. Instead of being a spotlight hog.

Brett Farve is a good qb no doubt about that.But he is getting old even if he came back he might not start. I respect him and he's a great player we will just have to see how he does this year to answer this question

hes not being selfish, he loves the sport, Green Bay loves him, and hes the face of the franchise, and possibly the NFC

He's not getting his way. It's got to be killing him. I applaud the packers for taking a stand. It's time  teams started putting their feet down on these players.

I agree completely. I was once a long-time admirer of Favre, but he showed me through his recent actions that with him, it's not about his team. He wants it to be about HIM. Too much ego to suit me.

favre can do what he wants, the packers imo are the ones who look dumb...they tried to manipulate where brett could go while trying to commit to aaron rodgers as the starter, yet they continued to dance around with him from the time that brett announced his interest in returning to the game

Before you start ragging on Favre why dont you learn how to spell his name. btw first and last name are spelt wrong. Its BRETT FAVRE. and no i dont think he should stay retired. why should he give some of the younger QBs a chance? Because they're back-ups? Thats why they are back-ups...because they arent good enough to start a game yet. its just the way it is. How is he being a spotlight hog? Because he wants to play football again? no. Ted Thompson is the one who put the spotlight on Brett and tried to make Brett look like the bad guy.
