They like totally changed. Their new album is like really different, and they sound really like any other band. What are your opinions?

  1. They OBVIOUSLY changed.

Refering to their cover of 'Eyeless', I think they're trying to get a Slipknot vibe. Also, their new music video has the mask and stuff. I wish they would make more music like Count Your Blessings or This is What the Edge of Your Seat was Made For. & The worst part about this is, OLI'S NOT SHOWING OFF HIS VOX ANYMOREEE! They were sooo awesome before that. Now there's barely any growls or screams. Ick. Btw, the first guy up there, he's a noob (:

  2. well, sam carter, from the architects does a lot of vocals on the album, so if you hear a voice that doesn't sound like oli's, it's probably sam.  i think that no matter what oli does, his voice is always recognizable.  yeah, they've changed, but i don't think they sound like a totally different band.  they're trying to give their fans something new, if they came out with the same old stuff, we'd be disappointed.  so they're challenging their fans to accept a new sound, and see if we'll still like them for it.  i think they're doing a great job.  i'm pretty sure most of us have only heard about 3 songs that have been leaked from suicide season, and you can't really judge the entire album and band on only those three songs.  i'm looking forward to "no need for introductions, i've read about girls like you on the back of toilet doors" it's a minute of oli just screaming, venting out about the incident with that fan.  i think we'll hear more of his growls and screams that we all know, love and miss.

and i just wanted to add that i'm seeing them in december  so exciteddddddddddd!

  3. Yeah I know what you mean. They are turning into another metalcore band instead of sticking with their deathcore roots.  I hate how all of my favorite bands seem to do that to me.  They are still have a good sound, I just want the older, better sound.

  4. they changed a wholeeee lot!!!!

i think they just want to make more money like there going more mainstream

  5. It's going to be 100% different. They said it themselves. They want to move away from this "deathcore" sound that so many bands are doing and they say is on it's last legs.

I don't think they've changed, I know they've changed. And they admit it 100% as well. It's still gonna be heavy as S**t though. Just a bit more rock than metal.

  6. I think it's better just a tad bit, i mean Count Your Blessings was okay, but Oli's vocals sucked, and their first EP with the RAWWRRRR song it sucked horrificly.

  7. OMG they are my favorite before suicide season it does sound different some vocal parts messed Oli up and some sounds like good Oli but now it is too hardcorish. I Love Rawrr!!! but it does sound different I cannot tell if it is Oli singing or someone else. I think all the screaming messed up his vocal chords and that is why he toned it down. but there is one song where he gets his anger out about the incident of the bottle that never happened... but i love them live they were much better than my ex's band the libertines and babyshambles.

  8. Bring Me the Horizon is my all-time favorite band. I love them to death and especially Count Your Blessings. I do think that they are going a little bit commercial I guess you could say.

I hate when people say that they have 'sold out' which is not true.

I don't dislike their new style, but I definitely like their old style more.
