  1. She is the good of the party, and her family is her own business.

  2. too late for that to help the party or the family

  3. Me. But only if they force her to. Likely at this point.

  4. Not gonna happen.

Any sign of split and the country will laugh McCain out of politics forever.

Palin will lose the election for McCain as she brings nothing to the table except grasping at straws.

she is unqualified to be on the world stage - end of story.

  5. Won't happen, Republicans don't admit mistakes.

  6. i dont think that would ever happen.

  7. If you knew anything about Palin, or even bothered to skim her Wikipedia page, you'd know the answer to this question already.

  8. I'm a former Republican, now Independent.  My husband is a former Democrat, now Independent.  We had both intended to vote for McCain, but with Palin as running mate, we will not.  She is not qualified and should step down.  The hurricane delay provides the opportunity.

  9. Why? So people can accuse her of being a coward?

She shouldn't be pressured to step down for simply having a pregnant daughter. That is what this is all about, right? That is why some believe she should step down? That's ridiculous.

  10. I think she should stay on the ticket because if she does, that is a automatic win for Obama/Biden!

  11. Mccain is losing either way. What a crazy election this has been.

I think she should stay home, she has a special needs kid to care for and it is so unfair....but that is my opinion.

  12. Sounds like a plan...but wait, won't McCain then have a chance to pick someone who is qualified? Maybe she ought to stay the course.

  13. I do.  And in this case, she really DOES need to spend more time with her family!

  14. Maybe, but john mc cain would have to get Kay Bailey Hutchinson

  15. impossible..that will be tantamount to handing the election to the dems on grounds of judgement..from this point on it will be massive damage control...poor McReckless..i guess this is what it feels like to be led by a mad man

  16. And let the record show, this is the first time liberals _ever_ advocated a woman sacrificing her career for her family... when she was a republican.

  17. According to the reputation she has built, I think she is in it no matter what the consequences may be.

  18. I don't
