The one in Canberra is great, I have been there several times and have no complaints

i haven't been there yet.  Its Japanese right?  The name makes it sound Italian.  

Can you tell me if its the food or the service that you don't like?

i went to the Mussel bar in Subiaco WA last Sunday afternoon and it was TERRIBLE, service was c**p, food was ok, but half the stuff we ordered off the menu wasn't available even coke!  Will never go back there

I have tried the noodles at Wagamama restaurant in Melbourne CBD and it was so bad.. It was supposed to be Japanese food as Wagamama is a Japanese restaurant but it was not Japanese taste at all.. I won't go there any more..
