Why else when the "Maddy Fund" was getting low the media hype all stirred up again.

Nice holidays, Mortgages all paid- sounds great!

  1. What holidays?  What mortgages?

    They're both doctors, they have a comfortable lifestyle.  And I don't see how a trip to America to visit a centre for missing children, and one trip to a public mass with the Pope counts as a hedonistic lifestyle.

    As for the mortgages, they used to fund to pay for two months payments, before Gerry returned to work.

    Sorry - there's no evidence at all of a luxury lifestyle.

Keeping Maddy's picture out there, traveling to talk to the media.  If Maddy was taken  and sold, then she could be anywhere, and it may take a lot of money to find her, bribe unsavory characters to talk, hire PIs,  The list goes on.  I am sure when the time is right, or if Maddy is found, the left over money will be given to a charity for missing children.  In the meantime, lets just pray for the family.  

  3. I think they covered whatever happened up to protect their careers and of course to keep themselves out of prison. My theory is Kate killed her and Gerry dumped her body.

If so, you are clearly not a parent and I fear you may be suffering from a serious mental illness or personality disorder. Why not play safe and get yourself checked immediately, and if need be, into treatment/therapy as soon as possible. Good luck with that.

  18. No I don't think so, but there is something so vile about this case and about the parents that I for one could believe almost anything of them.  They are symptomatic of what is morally wrong with the UK

  19. I do not agree that it was DONE for money, but, whatever happened to that poor child I do believe that they are milking it for every penny they can get!!

    The really salient thing that I fail to understand is why did they need to get a government adviser to give up his post to act as a press adviser ?

    Was it really to use his media contacts formed when he was giving the washed up government advice in order to keep it all in the headlines to boost the charity funds !

  20. It's very strange. Something happened the night the girl went missing, that they are not telling us about. They either killed her accidentally and dumped her body quickly, or she was murdered and they covered it up. It was all so staged. They were to organised. It was abnormal behaviour.

    Their guilt has kept them going on and on, trying to convince us they are innocent.

  22. If they had been on benefits or a poor common family then maybe I would have thought this. But these people were (are) well off middle class people with secure important jobs in the community. So no, I don't think they faked it for the money. They both earned £100,000 each a year so they are not short of a bob or two.

    But.............have they something to hide.....most definitely!!

    Why media hype when funds are low.....of course to fill it up again, and to bathe in the spotlight.

    As wasn't that karen mathews ( shannons mum ) intention, to make millions from her daughters disappearance, after seeing the amount of money the mccanns made?

    PUT the mortgage, day-to-day living expenses, up keep & running of 2 cars, day-care of the twins etc ASIDE.

    Don't forget to add 2 ( yes, that's twice since may last year )

    more Family Holidays to the sub-total of the Find Madeline Fund.

    How 2 parents can be openly seeking to find their missing daughter BUT STILL want to go away ON HOLIDAY........

    Is totally beyond me.

    These two have got a d**n nerve taking good peoples hard earned money, given in good faith to find their little girl, when for the sake of a baby-sitter, a take away or one of them to stay with their 3 babies, madeline wouldn't have gone missing in the first place!

    Yep, I'm sick to death about hearing about the poor mccanns, from their supporters.
