Who else was just devestated by the Rangers' walk-off grand slam against the Yankees?

Don't answer if you're a Yankee hater and don't know what you're talking about...Martay walked three batters in the bottom of the 9th and Byrd jumped on the first pitch and then hit a grand slam, ending the 5-5 battle for the yankees. abreu looked so helpless :(

I loved it. Being a Rays fan I was happy of the outcome of both BoSox and Yanks. I don't know why they have so much trouble with Cleveland.

It was a terrific game, and a great effort by both teams...

You would not have believed the atmosphere of the crowd.  We were screaming and doing the Byrd and high-fiving random people going down the elevator...

It was terrific.

I did feel bad for Marte...  I was seriously afraid (or hopeful) that he would walk in the run, but Marlon Byrd sure took care of that!

I can't say I was devastated... I was the opposite: thrilled, ecstatic, excited...

But it was a good game on both sides with crappy calls by the ump on both sides.

sorry forwhatitsworth, you have the agony, WE have the ecstasy, no I'm not a Yankee hater,...but for one game, out of 162,..this IS our moment that all very LONG-suffering Ranger fans have waited what seems like a lifetime for, just as it was for the Brooklyn Dodgers in the 50's and again I realize it is just ONE game,..but God how sweet the taste of (GRAND SLAM) victory tastes.

Bad loss. Not devastating, but bad nonetheless. Too many walks by Marte and it came back to bite him.

Worse because the BoSox and Rays both lost and the Yankees had the chance to make up ground.

Sucks, but that's how baseball works sometimes.

Well being a true, loyal Ray fan (have been all my life) I thanked God bcuz the red sox and yankees both loss so our loss didn't really hurt too bad..
