Steve Collins twice beat Nigel Benn in his final two fights.

Yeah losing at home to Sugar Boy Malinga and successive stoppages at the hands of Steve Collins finished Benn off.

But I slightly suspect that despite Benn's apparent beligerance, the McClellan fight a year or so before those losses hurt Benn psychologically.

I consider that awful night was the beginning of the end for him.
