Who enjoyed the game last night?

Does it get any better than that - Collingwood up by 21 points halfway through the last quarter and losing. I'd like to see that.

I bet the supporters were happy going home on the tram.

I watched the lions v hawks clash,  good game, that buddy franklin  is a top player, Hawthorn   would have to be favourites for the flag, no disrespect to geelong

Unfortunately I didnt see it, but I did hear about it, from my husband a mad Maggies supporter. He was down in the dumps when he came to bed. Oh well my team won thats all that matters to me.

I won't get your best answer - rubbishing Collingwood for losing is a cheap shot. I saw the game on TV and it was good football, Collingwood did some clever things but were beaten by a more mature and confident team.The lead see sawed for three quarters and there wasn't a passenger that I saw on either team.

Firrito did especially well for the Kangas, and my oath Dale Thomas is going to be a blazing star for the Woods, also both Shaw boys did well and O'Brien got in amongst it too.

I imagine most FOOTBALL lovers would have enjoyed the game.

PS as you may have read elsewhere, I follow the Bombers. The only disquiet this game caused me is that next Friday the Woods will be boiling mad after having been beaten twice.

I always enjoy seeing a team come from behind and snatch an unlikely victory.  Brisbane last week and the Kangas yesterday.  You gotta feel for the losing side though.  Complacency's a b*tch!

I don't support either team but i watched and thoroughly enjoyed the game. Its always good to see the underdog get up. I backed the pies in my tips but would gladly give up my tip to see  the roos get some much needed respect! well done roos

Yeah it was a great game

shocking bounce by the ump in the 4th

but Kangaroos were the better team over all
