It is hard to say, seeing as there are many types of engineers and doctors, which do very different work.

For example, a doctor who sees and treats patients may be a much more stressful job than, say, a research doctor, who spends all day in a laboratory.

It really depends on the person. For instance, you could have someone who is paid very well but is not happy with his/her job, and you could have someone with a lesser paid job working long hours, but truly enjoying their work.

It also depends on other factors like what kind of engineer or doctor the person is, what kind of environment he/she works in, how content he/she is with his/her position, etc.

Its completely depends upon  a person if you are desperate to become doctor and enjoy smelling medicines and treating patients  you are  enjoying your  life to fullest .That person won't enjoy sitting on pc beating keyboard  and engineer who likes to play around pc and his whole world is in this plastic box he will die smelling the medicines . So answer is very simple It depends upon person how he see his job either with enjoyment or stressful.

Depends on what kind of Doc you are, but I assume you are saying a general practitioner....

In this case a engineer I feel...May be I'm a little biased here, but I get to build thing, design then, see them all the way through and I get a lot of joy from this. As a doctor, your always on call, see a lot of death, come in contact with people that are sick...seems a doom and gloom job for a whole lot of money. I get pretty good coin and love my job.

during college lyff...engineers have 2 really work hard.......while doctors ..they just have 2 mugup things........datz not the case for enginneers.......
