I have read them over and over and enjoy them more each time. I think my favorite is The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe or the Last Battle which always makes me cry at the end.

  1. Oh I have loved these books for years!

My favorite one has to be "The Voyage of the Dawn Treader" because it is a nautical story (anything that contains the sea is really cool to me.) I also like Prince Caspian (and the movie too!)

  2. The Chronic-WHAT-cles are Narnia are classic.  As to a favorite, I really would have to choose any book with the Pensieves in it.

I love reading the '40s language.  It cracks me up.   "This is a q***r day in the queerest week" (from Prince Caspian).  Cracks me up every time.

Aslan's pretty freaking sweet, as far as I'm concerned.

In my opinion, the movies are as good as the books, sometimes more interesting due to the added battle scenes.  They don't use the '40s lingo though, which is a bummer.

  3. I do. They are amazing!

  4. im on prince c 1 but so far the horse and his boy is the best. each 1 has better parts then the other so its hard to choose.

  5. I loved those books! Our third grade teacher got me started on them, for whatever reason she decided to read the first one aloud in class.  I ended up reading the whole series and loving it!!!!  Now that I'm an adult, I keep meaning to re-read them, but never get "around to it".

  6. i love those books they are really good my fave is the lion the witch and the wardrobe my least favorite was the magicians nephew i also LOVE the movies they make me want to live in Narnia i wish i were Lucy they are so amazing

  7. I do! I read them when I was in jr. high and high school (early 70's), when they were in their original order.   My two faves are The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe and The Horse and His Boy.

I am also enjoying the movies they are making from the books... my fave of the two movies is the most recent one: Prince Caspian.

I recently bought a book that contains the 7 books all in one volume.. I am in the process of re-reading the series via that book.

  8. Oh!  I LOVE those books!  No matter how many times I read them they always make me happy.  I can never seem to get enough!  My favorite is The Voyage of the Dawn Treader but Last Battle is a close second.  The first time I read LB I hated it, but then I got to the second half where they go through the stable door and it quickly took it's place beside VDT as one of the best.

I love the books because of Lucy, who is such a picture of innocence you can't help but love her.  And I love the books because of Aslan, who gives me hope beyond anything I could ever explain.

C.S. Lewis is one of my favorite authors.

  9. I enjoy them - I read them as a child, quite a while ago now!  I've also read them a few times since.  When I saw the Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe at the cinema, I had a little cry because I thought it was so well done.  Even the witch was good although she didn't look the way I had imagined (or as she was described in the books!).

  10. yea i really like them

i bought them in a "set" which i just one huge book with all of them in it

    very convenient!

  11. I love them! They are the best! The Silver Chair or The Horse and His Boy are my favorites.

Fun Fact: C.S. Lewis enjoyed mixing mythologies whereas Tolkien wholeheartedly disliked doing so.
