Who experienced a tooth-implant?

i happen to have a baby-tooth

that actually doesnt have a grown-up

tooth under it.

so i have to get a tooth-implant.

and what kind of implant should i get?

the dentist told me there were different kinds..

Not really, he may have meant different kinds of companies, but they all work the same and the size he has to choose, so you dont really have to choose anything
