  1. The Stanley Cup Champions.

  2. Anton Volchenkov.

  3. in the Ducks final game last season Pronger kept going down to the locker room and coming back up at the end of the game after they all lifted the cup one of the interview guys asked him what was going on and he said that his shoulder kept slipping out out and he would go down to the locker room and push it in and get back out on the ice.  they is pretty tough.

  4. Well up until last game I would say Thomas Holmstrom.  The guy takes a vicious beat down every game from parking his keester in front of the opposing net.  plus, he plays a very gritty game style.  he must have some nasty bruises under that wings jersey

  5. Yzerman immediately comes to mind (that one playoff run with a broken leg or something along the lines of that). I think the to Crease Crashers Holmstrom and Smyth can play through a lot of pain. Holmstrom is playing with lots of injuries right now and I think Smyth has had about 12 broken noses and only missed maybe a week for it. To stand in front of the goalie takes a lot of guts. They definetly pay price and suck it up.

  6. was steve yzerman that man was a total monster he could play through anything.... currently (and i kno hes hurt now) but holmstrom... he takes a beating every night and still continues to stand in front of that net

  7. Steve Yzerman, the former Center and Captain of the Detroit Red Wings, is the correct answer. He played through everything.

  8. The toughest player is Rod Brindamour. He plays through pain. You know he has to be really hurt for him not to play in a game. When he tore his acl he said it was the most painful thing but  i was at the game when he tore it and i didn't think he was injured that bad because he skated to the bench himself.

I think he feels the least pain.

But there are some other players like that too, but i love roddy.

  9. the sport sucks so bad only thing good about it is the fights other then that ITS SUCKS PERIOD

  10. Yzerman.

Marckus- I know who you are.....Chris Pronger!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  11. Alexander Ovechkin

  12. Stevie Y for past players but Holmstrom for current players for sure.

  13. There is a lot of players who have played with some crazy injuries, but just watching Steve Yzerman in the playoffs in 2002 was amazing.  That knee injury was crazy, and his ability to not only play, but lead the team in points en route to the Cup was nothing short of spectacular.  He could have easily won the Conn Smythe that year, but Lidstrom's play in the Finals solified him as the winner.

  14. Patrick Thoresen.  Was d**n near castrated in front of over 80 thousand people and only missed one game.

  15. Past-Steve Yzerman during the 2002 cup run. And Win

Current- Tomas Holmstrom. Takes a beating every game.

  16. Jarkko Ruutu!

  17. Ovechkin, multiple stitches to the face in 2 different places, broken nose and still scored 4 goals one of which was the game winner in ot.  He also scored 4 goals with a stitched up leg after it was cut by a skate
