  1. The people of India have been using milk for about 10,000 years.  Goats have been milked for about the same amount of time. In the Bible they mention the land of "Milk and Honey".  Some African tribes live on a diet primarily of milk and cow's blood.

But in most Asian countries, milk and dairy products are not popular.

  2. It happened at least 20,000 years ago, and probably the person was thinking that the cow probably had some milk to spare as the calf started to wean.

  3. Doubt there is actually any record of the event. I imagine it would have been the first person who had a cow that was lactating. I'm thirsty, could do with a drink of cow juice.

  4. The calf. Or the bull. Or Old MacDonald. Or his wife lol!!

  5. Farmer Brown. He was thinking "Oooh I quite fancy a bit of that!"

  6. very good question.

i don't think anybody could know the answer to that although I'm sure it wasn't a farmer...

I'm guessing it was probably a cave-man (or maybe later in the time line) who thought if we can drink breast milk... why cant we drink cows milk!!

  7. Louis Pastuer. lol. joking.

  8. Her calf probably. It's a good source of nutrition and was easily available to nomadic/ancient farmers.
