Who fixes animated cell artwork?

Question

I purchased the moving animated cell at the WB store prior to them going out of business and now it doesn't work. The art gallery at home told me to take it to a clock repair shop, but they don't know anything about it. Its definitely not the batteries. The last time it worked, I heard the gear grind. And now when I push the button it just "bings" at me.

try to visit an electronic repair shop.  Someone there may know how to fix it.
