Look for local county organizations for childcare.  If not there, check into the state listings.  You should be able to get good information regarding low cost childcare.  The state or county might be able to help you with costs.  Check out:

are you asking where in washington or where in the united states?

I grew up in a number of states and the best education I recieved was in Connecticut and Illinois.

well what city in washington state are you thinking.  its kind of a big state.  Seattle area? Vancouver? Spokane, tri cities, tacoma, yakima?  Where ya thinking.
