Who gets The BBC 4 channel?

I am trying to find someone who gets this channel in the UK and can record for me:

"Painted Babies: Growing Up"

Just about everyone in the UK gets BBC 4, but the problem is that the recording and playback format is different to the US.

I am sure that if you contact the BBC they will try to help.
