A sarcoid is basically a skin tumour in a horse.

If its Sarcoidosis than it's people who get a multi-organ immune system disorder characterised by non-necrotising granulomas commonly affecting the lungs and eyes.

If its Equine Sarcoid or Sarcoids than it is common, usually benign, skin tumours of horses and other equidae which have several different forms.
