If buyer#1 sends an e-mail asking if the item is available and you reply yes, then buyer#2 asks the same thing. Do you wait for buyer#1 to say whether they want it, or do you go ahead and reply to buyer#2?

  1. Don't wait.

Anyone with any sales experience will tell you that many of the people who express an interest never contact you again.  They might find something else that suits them better, they may just change their minds and not buy anything, or they just may not want to hurt your feelings by telling you how bad/overpriced/??? your product is.

The golden rule when sellng is:

Until someone hands over the gold the item is still for sale!

    Hope this helps
