Who gets the Reflect spell in Final Fantasy X?

I've been looking for this spell but I couldn't find which person gets it, and I need to to beat a real hard boss.

Yuna is the one who naturally learns reflect. She also learns other defensive spells such as protect and shell first.

I believe it's one of the black magic spells that the character must learn, so try to level each character or one character so they can get reflectga (to use reflect on all characters at once).
