  1. when i'm not working i ususally go barefoot, so that means dirty feet.  outside i hate having to put on shoes just to clean the car or walk around out in the yard.  if i run to the store i just throw a pair of flip flops in the car and put them on when i get there.

  2. I do just running around outside but if you scrub well in the shower most of the dirt comes off.

  3. It is a cold winters day here and my feet have a good coating of mud.

  4. I was barefoot all day yesterday, working on my car, and I got tar (undercoating) all over my bare feet.  So then, I went to the post office and the hardware store barefoot.  Most people didn't even notice!!

  5. Can't really do it here as it is illegal to be seen barefooted in public in my location.

  6. I do all year

  7. That would be ME!!! Isn't it wonderful I just love the Summer and being barefoot

  8. I go barefoot year-round, and while my feet get dirty, the dirt washes off.

It's not dangerous, unhealthy or gross; I have looked up trichinosis, and I wonder if James did. James, if you're going to look impressive with interesting words, at least look up the Latin name for the hookworm rather than one of the worms that spread through ingestion only! It is the hookworm (Necator americanus) that can enter the skin of the foot, however it hasn't been a serious problem in the US South since modern plumbing has replaced the outhouses, and never was a problem in cooler climates. In tropical countries you may also find various kinds of Schistosome (Schistosoma heamatobium, Schistosoma mansoni and others), but these spread through infected water rather than soil (most people wade & swim barefoot :)) & are also more likely to penetrate the thinner sole on top of the foot, ankles or -when swimming- the rest of the body than going in particular for the thick sole of the foot.

  9. I do. I live on the beach.

  10. I DO!! It's nothing soap and water can't take care of

  11. sometimes..

  12. People who are not afraid of trichinosis.

    Look it up.

    You don't want it!

  13. my wife and I around the yard and home area

  14. I go barefoot outdoors for at least a little while every single day regardless of the weather, and have dirty feet as a consequence until I shower that night.

It's fun and makes me feel closer to nature. : )

  15. I do sometimes I will walk around outside barefoot
