  1. OBAMA won 17,535,458 votes TOTAL.

    CLINTON won 17,493,836 votes TOTAL.

these results INCLUDE both Florida (where they both agreed not to count the votes Hillary beat him by  294,772) and Michigan (which gave Clinton an additional 328,309 (and obama received no/0 credit for any of the 238,168 "uncommitted" votes.)

    hope that helps!

    peace

  2. Clinton did, by a fraction. This was almost a dead-on tie. It was the Penn. & Ohio popular & delegate votes that put Clinton just slightly ahead of Obama.

  3. Obama won it.

  4. Their is no true way to calculate the popular vote in a Democratic Primary, because of the Caucus states.

  5. Obama did

  6. it doesn't matter

Gore got the poular vote over Bush

  7. Obama.

  8. Obama DUH

Bush is even more popular then Clinton

  9. Obama did get the popular vote. It was one of the things that put him over the top

  10. Obama did. Even counting Michigan (where he wasn't even on the ballot, so Hillary gained a lot in the pop. vote there) and Florida.

    From realclearpolitics.com

    Obama:17,535,458 (48.1%)

    Clinton: 17,493,836 (48.0%)

It was extremely close, but Obama won fair and square.

  11. Obama won in both votes

  12. CLINTON GOT MORE VOTES THAN OBAMA.

But the Dems have all these weird-a...ed rules that don't just use the "one-man/one-vote" idea.  Plus Barry got a lot of his delegates from Caucuses which are the ultimate "cigar filled room" of modern politics.

  13. Clinton, Obama was awarded votes from people who didn't even vote for him.

  14. Most popular vote - Hillary got it.
