I was in the grocery store this weekend to be totally shocked by what I saw. A women and her daughter which both had a food stamp card, was buying 130.00 worth of crab legs for I guess a party. I was so angry, my husband and I work 50 to 60 hours a week to support our family, and put our son through college and people who get free money can buy crab legs. My parents didn't plan for the furture well, live off of 1100.00 a month and cant get any help because they don't want to cash in their life insurance and sell what little land they own. While this big fat lazy women is eating better than most working people. I think this should be changed. The government can tell when we go to doctors and everything else about working people, why can't they link into the stores to tell what kind of rip off the food stamp program is. Don't get me wrong I think that some people do get the stamps that need them and don't abuse them. I am going to start writting letters. Everyone else should too

  1. Lady your tax dollars are goint o h**l of a lot more f'ed up things than some slob's food stamps. The war in Iraq and the price you are paying for fuel is a much bigger problem in your life.

You are just being childlessly jealous. Devote your time to something that will make a real and instant differnce. Good luck with trying to stop the poor from getting food stamps it'll never happen.

  2. That would be ole Fatley McStomachson who manages the food stamp program. Direct all inquiries to Fatley McStomachson@eatemup.com

  3. With only looking at the question....I will tell anyone '' It is and will always be, the post office''
