Who had had their hair bleached to make i blonde? and how was the expierence?

was it expensive? and did it damage your hair?

i have very thick hair and it handled very well. the first time you go it cost a bit cuz like mine i had to have it done twice to make it the color i wanted. it killed my curls but all well i loved being blonde. It takes a lot to keep up with the roots!! haha but go for it!!

my hairdresser did mine, he bleached my hair and lightened it but i got foils. it turned out good and it's been more than a yr since that day and it's still coming out lol. Good Luck x

i had it bleached to make it more blonde and i did it at a hair salon.....it came out good but then it started to go away so now i just dye it bleach blonde.

I did back in high school.  It really depends on your hair color and type.  I'm a natural dirty blond/light brown with medium thickness straight hair, so I had no problems.  Any darker than that and you might turn out with orange hair if you don't do it right.  I'd have it done professionally first.  My hair turned out fine, not much damage and it wasn't too expensive I think, depends on what salon you go to.  I'd call around and ask for prices. Only problem is maintenance for when your roots grow out.

go to hot topic and they have this stuff called white out works great would not turn your hair orange ect. i just did mine and it turned out great.

it worked pretty well for me!

but WARNING, do NOT leave it in too long/ not long enough.

my friends hair turned like, bright orange.

but if your gonna be careful, go for it!:)
