Marbury because he was highly scouted. He was known as a  phenom as a junior high student. Francis is kind of an over achiever by way of his rout to the NBA.

im a knicks fan but id almost have to say steve francis. his skills gave him potential to be a great, maburys greatest asset was being able to convince people he was the best. when he wasnt. his ego is what got him so much money. both will never reach thier full potential, unfortunately
