I say second best because the best was Hossa by Detroit. Even though i hate Detroit I have to say they came out on top. Hate those guys. Hate

  1. San Jose with Boyle, Blake, and Lukowich. That's a scary D-Line

  2. The Hawks. Huet and Campbell. puts them in the playoffs next year

  3. I would indeed say Hossa for individual...

but come on, even though NYR lost Jagr,

    they're getting Naslund and Redden.

Both of which, are all-star caliber.

So I say Rangers overall, Detroit individually.

  4. I'm gonna have to agree with most of the people on here and say Chicago scoring Brian Campbell.

P.S. I hate Detroit too, when I heard they aquired Hossa that just royaly pissed me off.

  5. The sharks, I'd bet. They picked up Blake, Boyle, and Lukowich on D. Those were all big holes in the past that needed to be filled.

  6. Hossa was not the pick up of the year, the wings dont need him as much as say the hawks need Campell, or even though it was a trade, sharks getting boyle

  7. Chicago.....you can't argue with Huet and Campbell!

  8. Why do you hate the Wings? Hate.

  9. I believe Hossa was the best pickup this year and I can't stand Detroit.  The second best pickup was made by the Blackhawks signing Defensivemen Brian Campbell.

  10. Sundin is aging and wont produce like he did last season. Campbell wont come close to playing like an 8 mill. d-man. Naslund is over-rated. Mark Streit to the Isles or Redden to the Rangers take your pick. The Jokinen trade was great too but its not a free agent signing so its prolly not what youre looking for.

  11. Whoever gets Sundin.
