Who has Comcast that doesn't work?

They have been here 8 times in 3 months and for the past 6 months they fixed, rerouted, made me clean my place, tore it apart and it still won't work.

I called last nite they said to disconnect it! Either that or my landlord needs to re-wire the building hahahahhahaa what kind of customer service is that?

I work at a call centre doing billing and cable customer service and support. If after several attempts to solve the issue and it is more of problem with the wiring in your building...truly the only choices you have is to have the landlord rewire the building or disconnect the service.  Comcast is not responsible for the wiring in your building.  And the owner of the building should incur those expenses not the tenant nor the cable providor!

If you have cable tv, consider Vonage for telephone.

Comcast sucks!  They are the worst at customer service, if we had another company besides at&t i would definitely switch.
