(A) My wife and I, who are both vegetarian, with our 3 SUVs and no kids.

OR

(B) A welfare mom who rides public transportation, eats at KFC and has four kids (2 girls, 2 boys).

I'm just looking for (A) or (B), not high-minded rationalization.

  1. (B)

  2. Right now A would have the larger footprint, but when the 4 kids in B grow up, it would probably be B. Being a vegetarian would really shrink you footprint especially if the majority of your food was grown locally.

  3. Probably A since you most likely have a larger home which requires energy 24/7 that is where most of our energy consumption goes too. I would also bet your better than everybody else attitude and they should all change to improve my world would make you an  Al Gore follower.

  4. A

  5. (B). because you two don't have kids, you aren't going driving places such as schools and sport events. and also, you have less mouths to feed. and you're not driving all the SUV's at once so it can't be all that bad.

*i meant that (B) has a smaller footprint. not a bigger one. so my answer is really (A)

  6. B

  7. Isn't it kinda both equal. =

  8. A

Because wealth is closely tied to environmental footprint. The United States has a big footprint because it is a rich country.

  9. i agree witht eh guy before me

  10. both

  11. Not enough information to make the decision.
