i'd say silly point because of the dangers that may arise. And plus, reaction time is crucial because of how close they are.

silly point is the last fielding position any player would want to field in, thats why the rookies are put in that position lol.

I think the wicket keeper has the toughest job on field followed by the umpire. A wicket keeper has to be alert on every delivery & also has to shout a lot inspiring fellow players. He has to dive on every other delivery & also collect every run taken ball thrown by the fielder. He has more chances of getting injured in the field as compared to other fielders.

The captain, he has to make all of the decisions regarding fielding and bowling changes etc. And he has to make sure everyone is doing their job to the best of their abilities.

Out of the two you mention it's the Wicket-Keeper. The silly point fielder will only be in that position for a few overs (usually when the spin bowlers are on) whereas the Wicket-Keeper has to maintain his role throughout the whole game. Not to mention that he has a much greater responsibility within the team and has a greater number of things to do and roles to perform (what with trying to catch the ball, keeping an eye on what the bowlers and batters are doing, stopping it from going for byes etc).

wicket keeper relaxes in the pavilion when fielding of his team completes their innings.the same thing goes with silly point fielder.
