Put water in a pot and boil

1.  Cinnamon stick

2.  Eggs

3.  Milk

4.  coconut powder

5.  raisins

Boiled water with a cinnamon stick.  Then let it cool down.

Add eggs and milk and stirred the pot while it is boiling in hot water.

you can add coconut powder and raisins.

Then let it cool off and put it in the refrigerator.   add cinnamon powder.

6 eggs

1/2 cup whole milk

1 can evaporated milk

6-8 tablespoons of sugar

beat the eggs in a bowl, add the evaporated milk and mix until well blended, add the milk and do the same.

in a small saucepan melt the sugar and add to the bottom of a bak aluminum baking pan, add the mix to it and cover with aluminum paper.  place inside a deep pan with water covering it 3/4 of the way, cook in low-medium flame for 45 minutes.  cool down and flip into serving plate .
