Who has access to my computer aside from the internet company?

They're not supposed to.. nobody is supposed to, not even your ISP.. however, if you don't have it properly secured, anyone with a laptop with wireless COULD have access to it.

As an expert says, more or less anyone with the resources or skill could access you computer.

I assume you take it for granted that includes the government.

no they don't......... you can go into your computer and turn off the sharing, remote sharing........ then the only way anyone could get anything would be through the cookies you allow to be stored on your computer..........
