I'll go out on a limb and assume that you are not completely off the wall. Furthermore, I shall assume that your question was clever, provocative and mildly sarcastic.  Finally, it is my belief that you are not delusional and my answering will not feed into your dementia.

Subcutaneous chips are a relatively old idea.
