  1. umm go to a massage therapist. they help so much. even a physiotherapist would help. but a massage therapist woul be more help..

    umm also do some back exercises and lots of stretching..

    yoga keeps you in shape and also prevents back problems, and any other body problems.

  2. I find fitness really helps. If you can go for a walk whenever you can it will strengthen your muscles.
