they've all had their ups and downs but i think verlander. he's really starting to come around.

The only way you can use the word "best" when describing Tigers pitching is when you compare them against other Tigers pitchers, which is what you are asking.  In this case it would be Armando Galarraga at 8-4 and a 3.27 ERA.

It's hard to say.  They all suck so badly.

No Tiger pitcher has really stuck out this year in my mind. They've been below average this season.

Justin Verlander. He had a rough start out of the gate but he has pitched very well in his last 9 out 10 outings.  He has either won or kept the Tigers in those 9 out of 10 games.

All of them have been disappointments.  Except for Saturday's game, Verlander seemed to have gotten his ability back.  He went at least 8 starts without being knocked out of the box.  The biggest pleasant surprise has been Gallaraga.
