  1. yes....I agree!!

its AT&T....and the best part is,  all speak Englsih!!!

  2. I would say at&t.

Time Warner (digital phone) has really good service too.

Vonage is really bad,  long hold times, very annoying.

  3. I don't know about customer service because I have never needed it in the last two years.

I use Vonage, I pay $30.00 a month flat fee and call the UK, and various US States all the time, never had any problem, added a fax recently, seperate number for an extra $10.00, no problem there either.

Go online at anytime to check incoming and outgoing calss I might have missed and can get voicemail delivered right to e-mail.

Before that the other services added so much tax etc it would cost a fortune.

  4. I'm biased right off the bat because I worked for at&t for 30 years. My feeling is that any company who has been in business for as many years as at&t is going to be the best in service. They have the most experience and have the money to train all there employies to do the very best work. Vonage just does not have the resorces that at&t has. In fact, did you know that many of the smaller companies like vonage rent space and equipment from at&t? Also what repair trucks to you see daily on the road, at&t or Vonage.

  5. At& t although I find their billing plans annoying.

  6. AT&T without a doubt.

  7. At&T

  8. I did have U.S. Cellular, however, they roamed so much I was embarrassed HIGHLY.  AT&T I think is too expensive, if you include call waiting.  At altell, they have a building and are comfortly always correct.  You take your cell phone in and they take care of all your problems.  I have a service for $5.00, named "most often called", that means I can have a phone.  My daughter lives in New York City and I call her alot.  Without that service, I would hate to see my phone bill...is wrong...I couldn't afford a phone, really I couldn't.  This is the first time in my life I could have a phone.  I now run out of my 200 daytime minutes, and nobody cares if I call them after 9p.m.  I guess I talk alot.  Plus New York City was already in their range.  I've never had to do with anything out of their range.  I just love it.
