  1. Well New England weather can change at any moment. Ask anyone in the New England area and they will tell you that. Summer's are nice.. but just like any state we get rain/t-storms. Winters are down right confusing. Some days it is really nice, then the next day its like 20 degrees and were getting snow. I guess it is a hit or miss.

  2. Having lived in both places for serveral years.  I would say Denver.  Providence as extremely cold winters with ridiculous wind chill factors due to the humidity. Fall and winter are also very dark and foggy with the sun setting by 3 or 4 everyday.  If you have seasonal depression it can be difficult to go so long without the sun's energySummers are very pleasant, but can be hot and muggy.

Denver on the other hand has 300 days of sunshine a year and no humidity.  All seasons are quite tolerable and easy to adapt to.  Very few extremes. There is a great mis-conception about snow in Denver as well.  Typical winters get a good deal of snow but it doesn't stick around too long except for in the mountains.
