  1. I live there... it's alright.

  2. I have been there. It was beautiful...though incredibly chilly!!  I would make sure to bring a jacket.  IMHO - the Hilton near ANY area attraction, is always over-priced and always over-rated.  We stayed in Buffalo...a town that is in and of itself kind of run down...but only about 1/2 hour away.  We stayed at Hotel Indigo.  Which was a REALLY nice hotel!  Very upbeat and modern.  And they recommended a lot of nice restaurants around the area.

    Enjoy yourself!!

  3. It's very beautiful. The Canadian side seems to be better developed than the American side. In fact the American side seemed run down and depressed.

Once you're done looking at the falls, you can walk under the falls. Then you take the Maid of the Mist boat ride all around the base of the falls. Then you go back and look at them when they are lit up at night.

Had enough falls? The entire town is a collection of tourist attractions, with wax museums, Ripley's Believe it or Not and lots of other ways to separate you from your money.

All Hiltons are nice hotels. Have a wonderful time.

  4. beautiful place. first time i was there all i could do was stand in awe of the amount of water being moved. crazy

  8. woo hoo water flowing over a rock can have a boat ride to get up close and see it better i stayed at the hotel by the falls $ 350 a night kinda pricey just like every thing else there. that was 25 years ago and i am still wondering why they put mirrors on the cieling. the place is overrated and cost a fortune

  9. My in-laws live there. It's breathtaking. The Canadian side is alot  nicer than the US side.
