Who has ever done a seizure of property on a business?

I sued a business. Obviously, I cannot garnish wages being that it is a business. Who here has ever done a seizure of property on a business? How long did it take to get your money? I was told by the court clerk that the officer could not go into the business itself & take property. They could only take stuff outside.

To get stuff inside, you need a writ of entry. Will the court do that? I don't know.

There is another possiblity. If the business has a bank account, you can put a levy on the bank, with appropriate court approval. Or you can put a (depending on the type of judgment) lien on the business property, including UCC.
