I travel from Bristol to Bath everyday and everyday, without fail, the train is either late, late, overcrowded (because they only put on 1 carriage and can't pick everyong up from the station leaving people!!!), cancelled, overpriced, or late.

Why can't they get it sorted. The Japanese get it spot on, even other operators in this country (London - Brighton line) get it right, so why are they so sh*t, constantly ?!

This has been going on for years! They have been slapped with fines, the chancellor Alistair Darling has even had a go at them and they are still sh*t!!!!!!! AAAAAAAARrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

*breath*...Any other experiences?

Thanks for your time,

Sir Rantalot.

  1. I have travelled on FGW a number of times and have had no problems with them at all.

  2. Try blaming the government that has ordered FGW to give away some of their trains to cover shortages in other parts of the country, the government knew exactly what they were doing when they entered into this franchise agreement and now they are trying blame everyone but themselves.

It does happen on other franchises, try Woking to Waterloo or East Croydon to Kings Cross......it also happens in other countries, I really don't know where people get this notion that this country is the only one with a bad train system.
