We got a good deal on tickets, does this mean that there are a lot of potentially hidden charges? I.e. do you have to pay for food on board? Extra bag fees?

  1. Me & my boyfriend + our cat just came from the Midwest to Northwest...I don't know about the hidden charges since my sister bought them online...They sell snacks (pringles, shortbread cookies, trail mix) from $2-5...1 check-in bag under 50lbs is the limit, a 2nd one that's under 50lbs is $25 but if your 2nd one is over 51lbs it'll be $50...Good luck on your trip

  2. There aren't a lot of charges, but when there are, it's kinda unreasonable, but sometimes there aren't any. If you're flying within the country, they you will have to pay for food, drinks are free, and so are headsets and the magazine that almost no one reads, but if you're flying internationally, it's all free anyway.

  3. Well, it depends. If your flying in the country then you will have to pay for everything on board the plane- snacks, headphones, accessories and other items that they offer you on a plane. If your flying out of the country, then everything on board is free. If your flying in the country then I suggest that you bring your own Little snacks to munch on instead of paying money for a bag of peanuts. Bring your own headsets to use because what is the point of paying 5 dollars to use a headset and then return it? About the Carry On Bags, no fees for them but for your luggage, if they are overweight you might have to pay extra for them otherwise open your entire luggage and even the weight out. I hope that this helped!
