Who has had a 7 Deadly Sins party?

Question

I've tried asking this before, but got no answers. I like this idea, but don't kniw if I'll ever get to do it. I am curious about this from you who have done such a thing. What did you do, when, why, and what went on. Was it for a birthday or what? When did you have it? What did everyone do? I ask even though I will probably never got to do it (fear that others hate the idea, something I stated in another of my questions).

It seems like a great idea, and perfect for Halloween!  You could start planning now and verbally/e-mail invite people in September, then formally invite (or send reminders) in October.  If you're inviting people who have kids, make sure that it's not on trick-or-treat night.  

Maybe some of your food could be sin-themed.   Make Better Than s*x cake with s*x on the Beach cocktails for lust.  Wrath could be some sort of bloody looking appetizer or dip (check allrecipes.com).  For greed you could have big bowls of chocolate coins.  For envy have green foods and drinks.  You could also have "sinfully delicious" "devil's delightful" (and any other sinful plays on words you can come up with) foods.

The real question would be is how literal do you want to be in your theme? Do you mean actually partaking in the sins or just a figurative game?

Like instead of being greedy and envious, you can play something like Dirty Santa.. and sloth could be there is no chairs to sit in but pillows to sit on? Actually that would be a neat Halloween party... LOL lust could be s**y costumes....

EDIT: maybe if you start planning now, people might decide yours is the party they want to go to...It does seem like a neat idea. :) Maybe you can have an early party, like the weekend before? Make a cool poster for it, explaining your idea really simply.
